A simple process without the need for any unfamiliar ingredients. The strips require around 15 times less greenhouse gas to produce per kg of protein than beef. The mince is succulent and meaty, containing around 30% protein, which is higher than any other fresh or frozen meat or meat alternative on the market. It is packed with micronutrients such as vitamin B12, Iron, and Zinc, some of which are often raised as concerns for more sustainable diets containing less traditionally farmed animal protein. The mince is incredibly versatile and can be cooked in a variety of dishes, from tacos and chilli-con-cricket, to pies, stir-fry, and pizza toppings.
Our mission is to create a more sustainable, healthy food system, by making it easy to integrate insects in to your diet. Our vision is a world where insects are available, wherever meat is an option. We've collaborated with industry leading chefs, such as the head of food at Brewdog, Nandos, Masterchef Winners and more, who have all touted our insect based food as delicious and thought leading.
