The formula replaces up to 39% of the Barley (with the benefits associated with using less barley and among which the saving of 21.5 liters of water per liter of beer stands out) and the double circularity is applied when reusing the bagasse resulting from the production of beer to make a 100% whole wheat bread that contains 35% bagasse flour.
