Bread Ale's circular beer presents a double circularity because on the one hand we are reusing in each 355cc bottle the equivalent of 1.6 slices of bread, which otherwise could have ended up as waste, and we reuse the bagasse from the brewing process.

The formula replaces up to 39% of the Barley (with the benefits associated with using less barley and among which the saving of 21.5 liters of water per liter of beer stands out) and the double circularity is applied when reusing the bagasse resulting from the production of beer to make a 100% whole wheat bread that contains 35% bagasse flour.
