All ancient grains are sourced directly from regenerative farmers in close proximity to our production facility. We are a biodiversity-centred Food studio, and we have created a range of pasta variations. Our botanical pasta is made with ancient grains and a selection of botanicals sourced from natural gardens and regenerative farmers. Additionally, our gastronomica pasta is made with carefully chosen functional and indulgent ingredients, such as ceremonial cacao, squid ink, and select fruits and vegetables. At our studio, we are developing the concept of "regenerative gastronomy". We collaborate with chefs and food enthusiasts who prioritise natural sourcing, and together we create unique fusions that combine the best of gastronomy and heritage crops and plants.
