All of our crickets are farmed here in the UK and are turned into delicious mince which can be molded into burgers, shish kebabs, meatballs, and more! The kofta mix requires around 15 times less greenhouse gas to produce per kg of protein than beef. The mix is succulent and meaty, and contains around 23% protein. They are packed with micronutrients such as vitamin B12, Iron, and Zinc, some of which are often raised as concerns for more sustainable diets containing less traditionally farmed animal protein. The koftas are incredibly versatile and can be cooked in a variety of dishes, from kebabs to stews, to salads and stir-fry.
