At Agüita Divina, we take immense pride in our roots. We firmly believe that the stories of the milpa, pulque, and pottery extend far beyond Agüita Divina and deserve to be shared. We understand the milpa as a regenerative system, holding immense potential for shaping a sustainable future. We value the wisdom of our ancestors and the respect for nature; yet we challenge the status quo and reject the constraints of linear production. We have abandoned the safety of PDO and conventional to explore new raw materials that coexist harmoniously with nature, yielding productions tenfold greater than those of the tequila process. We have eliminated cooking processes, dead weight transportation, generation of solid waste, as well as the use of steam, fossil fuels, and water in distillation, and we've embraced solar heating. Every bottle, every ingredient, and every step in our process presents an opportunity to close the loop, to embrace regeneration, and to celebrate harmony with our planet.
