This pancake mix is setting the standard for sustainable baking.

It uses UK grown and milled fava beans, cultivated through regenerative farming techniques to Soil Association organic standards, UK-made organic baking powder and UK harvested sea salt. Fava bean plants help release nitrogen into the soil, enriching and fertilising it to provide food and energy for the next cycle of crops, making them essential to regenerative farming practices. We're really championing UK farming and manufacturing, to help boost the local economy and reduce the transport needed for raw ingredients. The most unique and exciting innovation is the water soluble packaging! Just pop the packet in a bowl, add plant-based milk and away you go! No plastic waste, and the display box is 100% recycled card, making it fully compostable, biodegradable and recyclable.

Creative Nature is on a mission to make the world a better place for people with food allergies and intolerances. Currently, between 80-90% of products in supermarket 'free from' aisles don't cater for multiple allergies, either due to containing the ingredient directly, or risk of cross contamination and 'may contain' warnings. We make Top 14 Allergy free products, with no cross contamination risks, that are also Vegan and Kosher, catering to over 98% of the population. We've proven that allergy-free doesn't mean taste-free, by winning Great Taste, The Grocer, Quality Food, Onboard Hospitality and Free From Food awards! This Pancake Mix sees Creative Nature create a baking mix that reduces waste and supports regenerative farming techniques. The idea is to expand the range beyond just pancakes, but still using UK-grown/manufactured ingredients and water soluble pouches.
