Doing good never tasted better.

Made from our secret ingredient Rescued Bread Flour ™ replacing traditional flour. Zero waste from milling, the larger particle sizes are Rescued Real Breadcrumbs. Bread packaging is also recycled. Packing a flavourful punch other upcycled ingredients include gin botanicals (a by-product of making gin), and lemons saved from being wasted. Ingredients are sourced from regenerative farming systems, locally where possible. Every Rescued product is designed in accordance with circular economy best practice. Easy to make with added advantages including longer shelf life when baked and exceptional freeze to thaw quality. Sold B2B and B2C (from customers own waste) as a baking mix or frozen baked and decorated cake. One of four flavours in market and one of 20 other baking mixes developed including muffins, cookies, pastry and more.
