Rescued Limited

Description from food designer

Doing good never tasted better.

We’ve rescued unwanted tomatoes and upcycled them into a taste bud tingling tomato meal base. Surplus onions, garlic and herbs are next for rescue. A truly all-purpose ingredient for any recipe containing tomatoes or can be poured straight onto pizza bases. Ingredients are sourced from growers demonstrating regenerative farming systems, locally where possible. Every Rescued product is designed in accordance with circular economy best practice. Rescued ready tomatoes are currently sold B2B using a returnable packaging solution. B2C Rescued Ready tomatoes will be available following packaging selection. Nothing is wasted in production and the by-product tomato water produces a mouth-watering tomato molasses. Other Rescued tomato-based products sold B2B include a green tomato chutney and Rescued Heirloom tomato Kasundi chutney.
